    I left Pureflix a few months ago because of having to constantly Login. I joined yesterday thinking things may have improved. Wrong ….worse . Now I keep getting messages to install updated APP. Been trying for hours but keep getting the update message. My fault. I should have learned my lesson.

    It’s been going on a few weeks now. I open the app and it loses my place in my program or it opens on a completely different episode. Or it won’t play at all. Yes, I can power my device off and on to clear the issue but every time? I’m a paying customer but if it isn’t fixed soon then I’m done.

    As a family, we love great American Flix. But what’s really sad is because we own Apple products, we can’t partake of much with this app. And a really sad thing is the introductory $4.99 month if we go for a year, that doesn’t apply for us because we own Apple products. I realize you’re a private business and you can do what you want, but it’s still really sad.

    Can notI get anyone to help? When I signed in on the TV, I had trouble putting in the information. In fact I think I did it twice with two different emails. Because it would not take it and then it did. I still cannot put it on my phone or my computer. Help! THEAKER
  • App is slow or doesn’t work

    The app and website is very frustratingly slow and non-responsive. It’s a recent problem because a couple months ago it worked great! It even worked on my Silk Browser on my old Fire tablet, but now I can’t get it to even load. I just got a new ipad and even that is not loading the titles.

    I tried using this app but when watching on tv it would lag or stick. Voice did not match mouth movements. Very annoying. So bad I couldn’t watch it
