  • My Favorite Until

    This has been my favorite bible app thus far! Until today. I was unable to highlight a verse without the previous highlight disappearing. And then I tried to log in to see if that would change anything. I resubmitted a code to my email three times and no code was ever sent to my email. So I tried registering a different email. The app won’t recognize the secondary email and so I am unable to register it. I highlight a lot so this is important to me. I’ve never been so frustrated with a Bible app until today. I can only hope they fix this bug or issue.

  • Love John MacArthur - but don’t buy

    The app used to work great when I originally bought it 5yrs ago. However, after upgrading phones I have had to re-purchase it because they do not allow you to have the app on multiple phones. I called the company after my latest phone upgrade to complain about buying the app for a 3rd time and a nice lady answered right away. She informed me they are coming out with a new app by the end of 2025 and not to purchase this app again because the company that created it for MacArthur no longer maintains it.

    The Bible study Bible it itself is exceptionally great except for I lost my login and had to make a new one and once I did that the new login would not work instantly kicked me off the app. I even tried deleting and reinstalling, and it still won’t work.

    I am hoping that the Legacy Standard Bible will be added to the choices of Bibles, but not only do I read and study from this app, it is a go to resource for me when I’m comparing teaching.

    Won’t allow me to register, says I already am. Tells me to go ahead and sign in, won’t allow me to sign in because it says it’s the wrong password. I already paid to get the study notes as well.

    Good morning September 29, 2025, every morning I do Bible study with the devotionals from John’s studies. What an inspiration he was and still is. With one verse at a time expository teachings, John was a great teacher and still is actually I love the John MacArthur study Bible, it brings so much clarity and much-needed assurance of our savior, what a blessing, God bless

    Need to make verse numbers more distinct. Difficult to find a verse by number as they do not stand out. Love, Love my study bible as I have macular and very difficult to read from a physical book, but on my iPad it is so much better. I don’t know why that is, but it is ...... God Bless Ross Caldwell

    Unable to open setting in this app Even I select to pay and renew but, somehow it’s unable to open settings, when I tried to open settings in this app. It pops up with error not says “ your login is no longer valid. Please log back in to re-authenticate “

    Love this Bible app! However while you’re reading several times it will stop allowing you to scroll and jump to the end of the Bible in Revelations.
