    Doing nothing used to be one of the hardest for me as well ! I totally enjoy the pauses now!! I work at the Scottsdale Fashion Square Apple Store ! During my lunch break I just walk out and sit on the beautiful steps canopied by the wonderful perforated architectural shade !! get some sun !! And allow myself to Simply B R E A T H & meditate for 10 minutes …. My mind feels relaxed recharged & refreshed! -Vardhini

    Haven’t used this app for long but love the simple easy meditations without judgement of doing right or wrong. Very gentle and helpful. One ask. I would love it if there were some meditations for caregivers. I feel we are growing in numbers and this, usually, unpaid work can be very stressful.

    This is my favorite app ever. I use it daily. It is the best, most comprehensive mindfulness app in the App Store. It is a comprehensive collection of courses and meditations that is good for beginners and experts alike. There is something for everyone.

    I started using this app in 2018 because I was tired of trying to learn to meditate on my own. It’s been a bumpy ride at times with plenty of starts and restarts, but I can honestly say almost 38,000 minutes into the journey that nothing has had a more profound impact on my life. I truly believe the world would be a better place if more people regularly used Happier. Thank you to all of the incredible meditation teachers featured here, to the developers who are always tweaking to improve user experience, and to Dan Harris, who’s no longer involved, but got the ball rolling. 🙂

    I use this app for work as a challenge. Every year I get excited when I’m able to lean on this app for guidance in the present moment. I joke and laugh when I start the app and say let’s see what’s for today, but as I come in tune with my body, breathing and I feel the moment it changes my mood and almost puts me into another world.
