    I have only had this app a few days and o really enjoy being able to pick up where ever I’m at and find a session that fits that moment. It’s helping me learn mindfulness. I wish it wasn’t so expensive or that there were pay by the month options because I can’t afford $100 for the year right now not that I don’t think it’s a valuable thing to pay for, I would if I could.

    Too often I think I’m about to do a stand alone meditation and it turns out I’m actually doing a meditation that is part of a course. The single meditation should be labeled as “part of The ______ Course”.

My antidote for the turmoil in the world is to be the best person in my own little world. Thanking everyone. Noticing small miracles. Being open to possibilities.   • Great but few new guided meditations

    I’ve used this since 2020, almost daily and sometimes twice a day. I like it a lot, as a paid subscriber, and appreciated their new approach having us set goals for meditation. But I really wish they would add some new guided meditations. Especially for sleep. I’ve listened to almost all of them several times and a handful are my regular repeats. I’m sure it’s not easy to get more high quality guided meditations from such experts like Joseph, Sharon, or Sebene, but boy I sure wish my subscription fees could get a little bit more. And I don’t need those super long ones - more 5 to 15 min sleep meditations would be wonderful. I get bored with hearing the same guided sleep meditations over and over and I can’t listen to the long ones without disrupting my partner’s sleep. I also do unguided but for sleep/insomnia, guided is where it’s at for me. I also appreciate their meditation courses and did most of those early in my start with the program. Over the last few months the app has changed a lot, and frequently. Sometimes names are not Assigned to meditations so you don’t know who you’re getting. It’s like the developers are just throwing things at us to see what we’ll like vs what we’ll complain about. Overall I think I’m just getting bored with the limited and repetitive guided meditations. Some of us live in places where we cannot easily access such renowned meditation teachers except via the Happier app, which I really appreciate. But bc they rarely add new content, after 5+ years of almost daily use, I’m considering alternatives.
