  • Great app with some minor drawbacks

    This app is a game changer for me. I’ve been able to improve my stroke just by watching the highlights. My favorite part is the video splicing because I used to have to do that myself and it took so long to manually splice. The main frustration I have with the app is the constant reminder that I don’t have the pro subscription. I purchased the semi-pro subscription and I still see all the features that I don’t have access to because I don’t have the better subscription. I wish they just made those pro subscription features hidden so I don’t have to constantly be reminded that I have the cheaper subscription.

    The most recent update introduced a major issue all exported videos now have distorted dark color and overly compressed quality (pro version with 1080 p quality). Please fix it. Thanks!

    SwingVision is a game changing tennis tool! Watching video replays of yourself is an amazing benefit to actually see what you’re doing well or not. On top of that - the analytic stats it provides post match are INVALUABLE!! A must subscribe app for anyone who plays tennis or pickleball!!

    I use this tool to do paddle reviews and analytics for metrics like serve speed, placement consistency, and others. The tennis version has both a ball machine option as well as a serve drill option for the app that the pickleball version does not and it became very useless to try it in simple rally setting. The serve speed avg seemed accurate, however, the lows were well below 20mph and the highs were over 100mph on legal pickleball serves. I’d be in the Guinness book of records if that were true. My avg though is high 50’s to near 60 so that’s actually correct. Please, please, please, add the ball machine and serve drill tools to the app!

    I started learning tennis a few months ago and found Swing Vision to be an absolutely excellent training tool to quickly correct my poor techniques and spot improvement opportunities in my development. I’ve been using a ball machine to amp up my game and I find the option for setting goals to be extremely valuable. The team behind Swing Vision has always there to help me along my tennis journey.

    I really enjoy the app. I’ve used it for tennis and pickle. However, I have made suggestions and asked for feedback on their moderated Facebook group and they have deleted my comments. That is concerning. Makes me think they are trying to hide something.

  • Great resource to help improve your game

    This app has been great in helping me improve my game (ability to watch form, review stats etc). The only downfall is when you’re watching the recording I find it difficult to toggle the recording in 10-20sec increments. Instead it jumps by minutes which makes it challenging. Would be great if there was a 10 sec rewind

    pretty nifty tool. rallies or matches are condensed to only the actual points, not all the down time changing sides or the chit-chat. what's really cool is that i can share the footage with my doubles partners at no extra cost. it wasn't clear to me at first but that selfie stick thing is totally necessary. I was able to get it free as part of a black friday sale. not sure how one could hang their camera high enough otherwise.

    I am using an ipad because it doesn’t support android. I set the ipad up and it has the whole in view but when i record it zooms in on the near baseline. I emailed and called and received no instructions other than look at the video. Had it for 3 months have only had a couple of successful sessions. Very disappointing waste of my money
