    La app es muy buena , muy buena solo necesitan dos cosas para ser perfecta , cuando un restaúra el password que envíen los verifications codes rápidos, que los usuarios no tengan que esperar diez minutos para recibir otro verificador y también los mensajes de textos uno puede recibir pero no puede enviar mensajes eso está mal si mejoran esos es la mejor app y también que uno pueda cambiar el número telefónico cuando uno quiera

  • Very bad service and not transparency on rates

    IPlum does not disclose international call rates on the website. Clients can only see the rates after making a purchase and logging into the app, which creates a lack of transparency. Some countries’ call rates are extremely higher than google voice. Furthermore, if you plan to cancel after purchase the annual plan because of the bad service the company will deduct $40 for a refund, which makes the client experience even worse.

    iPlum is a great concept, that lacks in continuity and implementing user-friendly methods. As a busy provider, this app take up far too much time to sort out. With better design and time-saver attitudes, iPlum could be more productive.

    I do not have a Google business line or any other comparison, but have been discouraged by how glitchy iPlum can be. The app frequently closes itself right after I attempt to open it, and often notifies me of an incoming message that doesn’t display in the text thread. I stopped receiving calls at one point and the only solution presented by customer service that worked was to change the settings, which resulted in much poorer call quality. It was at that point that I realized that the old settings (voice network) were sending clients to my personal voicemail message-not my professional voicemail message (which could be heard only after I changed to WiFi). Overall, I’m not impressed but would find it difficult to switch providers at this point. I do appreciate that it is HIPAA compliant.
