Even after canceling the subscription, I was still charged.
  • Great App, Great Content, Need to fix bug in Search Bar!

Paid subscriber, love the app. On devices that support a pointer like iPad with Keyboard and Vision Pro, it is impossible to do a mouse click on the search bar to get the cursor there for typing. Touching works perfectly on the first touch. This is my favorite trail discover app and I love to look up named trails or locations I hear about on the web or YouTube to add them to my visit wish list and do ride planning.
  • Unending glitches

I have Trailforks Pro, and the app can’t seem to remember that I have Pro and is constantly asking me to upgrade. The yellow upgrade to pro sign on the map never goes away even though I’ve paid for it. Plus I needed to use this when I was out of service and because the app doesn’t remember that I have Pro, it wouldn’t let me look at the offline maps that I had downloaded. I had to reconnect to cellular then load the maps to see them. Such a pain. I definitely won’t be renewing my subscription unless this gets fixed.
  • To much pay

I putting one start because you have to pay for everything to just see where the trail is
  • Do not download this. You will get billed even if you cancel during the “free trial period”

I downloaded this app to try it out. Before the free trial period ended, I decided it was not worth it. I canceled and deleted my account. I deleted the app. I got a bill for a year subscription hours after this. I’m disputing the charge with apple now. I hope I get my money back and I hope apple looks into this shady practice so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
  • Log needs to be fixed

The login process is broken and a total mess. The merger with Outside made everything so confusing.
  • Wish it wasn’t a subscription

I feel like this app is slowly losing more features to the subscription. I wish there was a way to outright pay for a permanent premium.

  • Zero value if local orgs hide legal trails

Garbage app that hides every trail. I’ve watched slowly as legal trails just disappear from the app. Regional orgs hide trails that are blazed and approved by the local DCNR. Zero ability to contest hidden trails and local orgs power is absolute. Absolute trash, application. Update: emailed the primary dev for the app about my trail system and was able to get them to respond and address hidden trails. Improves the app immensely.
