Some bugs a lil clunky but still the best out there for mtb.

Sick and tired of trying to restore my PRO account which I’ve had a couple of years.

It’s been great for finding good mountain bike trails. It also syncs up with my Garmin, so knowing where I am, what trails I’m looking at, and where they go just by looking at my bike computer has been great. Really improving my rides. Membership seems to have been worth it.

  • You can’t do anything if you don’t pay.

First time loading this app. Really hard to navigate and do anything in the free version. You can’t search without paying. Wow. There is no way to use this app. Compared to all trails which is highly usable in the free version, I see no reason to ever reload this. Did I mention most of the screens are blocked out … unless you pay. When you do that there is no way to see if the app has useful features.

Trailforks used to be the best and most used app on my phone. All of the sudden I am getting errors, “trail not found” and I can’t see routes or ride logs anymore. I’ve reached out to Trailforks for help several times and crickets. Clearly the support feature is useless. Sadly I had to make the switch to AllTrails. I have heard nothing from Trailforks after several emails to ask for help. I have pro and I can no longer see ride logs or trail info. The app is next to useless without that information. So frustrated with what used to be one of my favorite apps. What do I have to do to get someone to respond????

So frustrating. I signed up for Trailforks Pro but the app doesn’t regularly recognize the subscription. Wasted an hour installing, uninstalling, reinstalling, signing in, signing out ad infinitum. Still doesn’t work on iPhone. This is how Trailforks thanks subscribers.
  • Great for finding routes…but could be better

Maybe it’s user error, but it would be amazing if I can save my routes that I find. And like All trails, alert me if I stray too far off route. I find I’m constantly stopping to make sure I’m going the right way on new trails.
