I've used a lot of email clients on Mac. I love outlook because it helps me to stay in one interface while doing many things. And I've been loving the customizations. One thing else I would love to update aliases. I haven't figured out how to do this in the app.

Says my password was seen in a leak. Password listed in “Passkeys App” was used and rejected by Outlook. Can’t open Outlook to change password. Now I keep seeing the message with choices “one-time…deny…always.” ‘Help!!!

Outlook for Mac is so unstable, when used, it’s counter productive. Stalls, search issues, and calendar sync issues continue. If there were another alternative, I would use it in a heartbeat. Please please please fix it. I so need this to work properly.
  • Great Calendar + Email at a Great Price

First off you can’t beat free. Yes there’s a small ad a the top of the inbox but that’s easily ignored. I use Outlook at work who insists on using Google as their primary office suite product. Outlook is able to connect to my Gmail and Google Calendar like a pro. The parts that keep me coming back are the fact that both email and calendar are in a single app but also Outlook has it’s own notification system vs the system notifications (which I ignore). I never miss a meeting with outlook!

  • Bring back the old spellcheck

I use Outlook because I have always used Outlook. But the changes to spellcheck have now made it where I am ready to abandon it. I do not want or need AI (Copilot, whatever), what I need is for spellcheck to flag the words I have mistyped. If Outlook for the Mac can not do this simple task, then maybe it is time to say goodbye.
  • It works but there there is a missing key functionalities

The app overall works as long as you are receiving meetings. Managing meetings a pain, for example I can’t duplicate meetings, I have to do that in the web version.
