    Lou was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I know he had to deal with more questions from me due to my inexperience. Lou, did not make me feel anything but important. My issues are solved. In addition, he replied to my emails very quickly. I am very happy.

    My Nix app was not deleting photos as I’ve done many times before. I contacted Nix support and reported my problem. Lou was on it!! Within a few hours I received a reply to update the app. Problem solved! Great service, Lou!! Thanks so much!

    I wrote to Customer Service because of a problem I was having adding a new playlist. I received a quick response from Joe with a very easy to understand explanation along with images to show me exactly how to do it. Seems I was skipping one little step or maybe just not being patient enough. Either way, I was very happy with the quick and exact solution to my problem.
