    My Nixplay needed HELP. Lost my photos. I contacted Nixplay and Joe was my support contact. He was Terrific. I was in and out during the day and during the fix Joe was constantly available and helped get me back. Enjoying my Nixplay once again Thanks Joe

    App has some trouble syncing with google photos. Sometimes my new pictures I upload to google sync to the app, and then the frame. Sometimes it doesn’t.

    I bought a Nixplay frame second-hand. I needed some tech support setting it up, and was dreading “customer service”. To my delight I received quick responses, easy to follow instructions, and an all over pleasant interaction. Joe was a great help! The app is straightforward and easy to use. The frame works and looks great. The company backs up their product. I enjoy it every day.

    I received the Nix frame for Christmas from my son. He and his wife recently blessed me with my first grandson. The Nix frame now fills my home with new photos. I needed support for adding a second album and Joe , their customer expert got back to me immediately with clear and concise directions on the album addition. My son now sends me updates from Alaska. I could not be more pleased. Thank you so much.

    You’d think a picture frame app would prioritize adding family and making it easy to share photos. Not here. The app puts merchandizing front and center, and we’re still can’t figure out for I can access my wife’s frames. Very frustrating.
