If you are into intermittent fasting or anything that needs some sort of timer, this is the one you need. It’s simple. It’s easy to use, and I’ve had it for the longest. It was very fortunate that I came across it because some of the other things that they have like this are a very complicated. This is a simple one. Check it out.

I do irregular alternate day fasting based on both what I plan out for the month and how I’m feeling I would love the ability to pick days for 36 hour fasts throughout the month and schedule them. Currently there there’s no way to do that. I can only set up routine fasting on a weekly basis. Better options for fasting that is not intermittent fasting is needed. If you only do daily, intermittent fasting and need to see your windows. This is great for that.

I had enjoyed the FastHabit app, but I got a new phone today, and all of my data is now missing. And this is despite the fact that I pay for the premium version and had all of my data saved to my phones cloud. There is also no way to contact any sort of customer support, if you go to the “Provide Feedback” option, it takes you to a 404 page not found.

I have been using the app for a week and find it easy to use, clean display and it’s nice to see my progress both overall and during a fast.

I don’t need all this fancy stuff in the app; I get overwhelmed and end up stopping the app, this one is perfect, I hope to see widgets in the future, this app is great!

Push notifications work half the time, bought new phone and all recorded fasts were gone forever, not retrievable

I’ve been using FastHabit for over a year now, after having tried a handful of others. What I need is just a straight forward tracking of my fasting., start, stop, duration. I don’t want a social app and support and encouragement. FastHabit does what I need and looks really clean and nice while doing so.
  • Not easy

I tried this app for two days. Easy, log my food, I could scan my food, it counted calories. I kept track of my water. I then subscribed and couldn’t find what it did before my purchase. I deleted my subscription after trying to figure it out, what a waste of time. I feel like they set you up so you buy the $6.99 a month one.
