I found the love of my life on this app. It really works!!

Bismillah Salaam I’ll start off by saying my issue with the app currently today is the I’m unable to login. It tells you to choose a method I chose my phone number. It sends me a code. I put the code in. It says it’s invalid if it’s invalid then why is it coming to my phone? Anyway, I’m upset that this app is supposedly catered to Muslims and helping them complete half of their Deen which we know is very important. With a many paying subscribers this app has we should have 24 hour customer support instant chat and no bug issues. There’s no way that I should have my preferences set to nothing and still can’t seem to bring up matches. Also there shouldn’t be this half monitoring being down when it comes to messages. Guys should not be able to create an account without verification. They treat the app as a dating site and have NO DEFINITE TIME TO BE MARRIED. NOT sure how you’d solve that problem but that should be more of your worries. I can’t speak to someone pertaining an issue is my biggest problem.

I used to like this app when it was called Minder, but now I’ve returned to this app while the search features haven’t changed they’re useless. Even after paying for the premium to unlock the filters you still see people who don’t meet the criteria. Like why do I see people 750 miles away when I live in between two heavily populated metro areas with a large Muslim population

With the latest update, took away more features to premium, and while I’ve paid for it for over a year, this app continues to disappoint. Complete gamification of the app and algorithm to keep you scrolling, instead of assisting with finding a partner. Delays showing matches to the people you’ve swiped right to, and despite saying unlimited swipes that’s a lie, it only shows you a limited (irrelevant to your preferences) profile and just wants you to keep paying…. Not worth the money (or even free tbh)

If you pay for gold or premium you can’t use basic filters. You contact customer service and they send you on an automated response loop. Eventually got a refund through my bank. Then I couldn’t delete the app for some reason without some back and forth. Also showing the Palestinian flag as Israel is crazy for a “Muslim” app. It’s very sketchy, I believe they collect info on Muslims around the world. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

So you allow me to see pics and like them, but if I want to see who like me I have to subscribe. It’s okay I’ll just delete the app and be patient

I came back on to this app and took a 3 month gold subscription expecting it to be same as a few months ago. None of the preferences work. App is too buggy and slow performance. Worst UX/UI. First filters dont work, second Basics are at the bottom of each profile so it gets exhausting to scroll all over the profile and swipe left on each. The app keeps asking for more and more money. No app support.

I remember quite a better experience from the app before the app was acquired. I am getting way less matches and recommendations even with the Gold subscription.

Absolutely ridiculous that an app that is charging $21 a week can’t even apply the filters I have chosen. Will be charging back immediately.
