  • Don’t Waste Your Money on Premium; The App is Completely Broken

    I used to really like this app, but it has completely gone downhill. If you are thinking about paying for Diamond Premium, save your money because the core features simply do not work anymore. First off, the filters are completely broken. The main reason you pay for premium is to filter by ethnicity, distance, and language, but the app constantly shows you people way outside of your set preferences. And this isn't a case of "running out of people" in your area—the algorithm will just randomly throw in people from outside your filters, then go back to your actual preferences, making the whole system incredibly frustrating to navigate. Without working filters, the premium membership is completely worthless. On top of that, they completely removed the anti-ghosting feature for Diamond members, which was one of the few benefits actually worth paying for. The new interface is terrible and a huge step backward. You can no longer keep track of people’s saved profiles to message them later, and there’s absolutely no record of who you liked or favorited. You just swipe into a void. To make matters worse, customer service is non-existent. I’ve reached out with complaints about these bugs and missing features, and I've gotten zero response. It genuinely feels like the developers deliberately want their own app to suffer and fail. Until they fix the filters and bring back basic usability, I highly recommend staying away from their paid tiers.

    I installed this app a year ago and for a long time I stopped using it. I reinstalled it yesterday and let me tell you how much I hate this new version. It makes it so much more complicated. I used to be able to see their info from the first photo but now you have scroll all the way down that’s even if it’s there. I subscribed to the diamond and now I seriously regret it. Even the filters don’t work how they used to. Please salam bring the older version back.

    Reached out to customer support about filters/preferences not working. They told me we removed that feature and to either deal with it or ask for a refund. Why even have it on the app if it doesn’t work. Was a past gold member but as soon as the app was bought went down hill.

    There are no explanations for how to navigate. There are no explanations for what the icons mean. There are also a large amount of romance, scammers and fake profiles. They are easy to spot, but unfortunately, for some people they will not be easy to spot, and it really puts our brothers and sisters at risk. You need to do more to combat that problem. You are the gate it seems that you’re failing. And again, your navigation is a mess. Furthermore, if one makes them a mistake of touching their screen at all, and causing the screen to flip off somebody that you we’re trying to look at more deeply. I will stick to MUZZ. We’ll see how that goes. Definitely more genuine suitors and profiles. You need to clean it up. Inshallah. Asalaam Alaikum

    I canceled my subscription a week before renewal date and deleted the app because I did not find it useful at all. You have to pay for everything even after buying a subscription. 90% of the users seems to be either bots or not looking for a serious marriage. Many of them seem to be here with a hookup mindset or seeking clout. The app does not offer a feature to see whom you’ve liked unless they like you back. They market diamond subscription to have unlimited rewinds but thats completely false. You hardly get one maybe two rewinds if you are lucky. I do not recommend this app. Its being operated my frauds who are looking to get money out of users even after canceling the subscription.
