    It is always stressful when your daily ride starts making noises, the lights on the dash come on, the chimes are chiming. And you’re left wondering can I drive this for a couple more days or are we taking a detour to the shop right freakin now? This app paired with their branded scanner which I ordered from Amazon gave me peace of mind that I could safely wait a few extra days to have work done on my schedule, not my car’s.     It was good to use but not $100 for a year I already used it for what I needed in the week super weird scammy practices thankfully my bank declined it for fraud which it is I already canceled my subscription days in advance

  • Fixd scanner

    The scanner is well priced for the basic unit. It gives good information in the basic version. But the price for the premium version make it too expensive. There are units that can do so much more for around $150 with no annual subscription. The unit gave me an emmissions code but said it would pass emissions test. It failed. Good to have for the $20 cost

  • Great app, annoying update

    The app is great and works exactly as expected. It's my first choice because of how easy it is to use and I've never had any issues with accuracy. That being said, the latest update makes you out in the millage on the odometer EVERY single time you do a scan. This is very obnoxious, and as far as I can tell only exists so they can try to sellnyou millage based tracking. I don't care and it's another tedious step before I can see my scan results. Please add a way to disable this! P.S. I tried to do a phone interview to give this feedback, but they didn't really seem to care about any feedback. When I tried to give it, they just asked me to write a review and said they couldn't take my feedback over the phone. (Even though that was the express purpose of the call)

    I used this OBD2 scanner tool in combination with my cell phone to figure out a code I had on my Honda CRV. There was a vacuum leak in three different locations and this tool helped me find all three because it would return.

    I am very confused because I ordered only 1 FIXD device an I got 2 and was charged for 2! I am also wondering what I am trying to get charged $108.86 ? I never signed up for the premium membership! I haven’t even taken the thing out of the box yet! I am starting to feel like I have been scammed or something. What the heck is going on???

    This scanner is a great tool. I have three different cars. And I am able to use it on any car. It actually keeps a record of all your vehicle, telling you what is wrong? With the car. What the cost of the part should be and an average cost of repair. I brought one for my children.

    It seems to have nailed down the problem every time I’ve looked at it and it was fairly cheap. Nothing to complain about it. All it seems to be an excellent product for the money for sure.
