I have had this account for 20+ years but have to pay for it when there are so many free choices. This will probably be my last year.

If you want to search for an item during a call, forget it. The iPhone Phone App will hide the Outlook’s magnifying glass and you’ll be stuck. What’s going on with Microsoft? this should be an easy fix, I wasted time during a business call because the information that I needed was in my email, and the Outlook App failed at not letting me search for anything during that call, I’m going to have to switch back to the iPhone email app. Microsoft is providing really horrible customer service now days.

Genuinely couldn’t take any longer to send an email
  • Search

The Search function is horrible. Instead of showing just the hits you have to scroll thru 100s of emails watching for highlighting. Search for a two word phrase or name comes back with each word separately even if a common word with lots of hits.
