    Quality of music is great, some times limited. But the real reason why I’m never using this app is because of the costumer service. I was charged twice to still not have access to full songs. Then when requesting refunds I have heard nothing for over 24 hours from the costumer service. It’s disappointing because I wanted to move away from main streaming services.

    I really want to like this app but it stops playing in the middle of songs, sometimes won’t even play, not intuitive enough etc.

    Pulled up the same songs on Spotify and Qobuz, and the comparison is very noticeable in favor of Qobuz. Only feedback I have is how to see lyrics to songs (I could totally be missing this since I’m so used to Spotify), otherwise come to this app if sound quality is important to you 💯

    Great music and it recommends so many different kinds of artists based on your taste. Only issue is I wish I could personalize my playlists more like have my own pictures for the playlists/add a bio for them.

    Moved here after boycotting Spotify and Apple and while the sound quality is other-worldly, the app is missing a few basic features that have made me frustrated. The biggest thing is downloading songs: The app must be open in order for songs to download? I have playlists with nearly 1000 tracks on them. Leaving my phone on and on the app is super annoying because I can’t get anything done on it. I basically have to leave it for several hours at a time on the charger. So I wish downloading was automatic when connected to wifi and didn’t require the app being actively open/my phone being unlocked. This is more aesthetic than technical, but I wish we could change the cover art of a playlist. That’s usually how I identify what is what instead of having to read every single title.

    This is a great music app! Switch from Spotify for many reasons, and absolutely love Qobuz. Except for the lag. I will be playing a playlist and it just stops inbetween songs, or even in the middle of on. Feels like I am back in the 90’s with my anti skip cd Walkman. I am hooked up to WiFi that is super fast with no one else using it. Will totally change to 5 stars when that stops happing.

    I am so happy Qobuz exists and I want to support them. If you are a music lover, you owe it to yourself to give it a try, and you’ll likely be delighted. Qobuz Connect works a treat for streaming Hi-Res audio direct to my Marantz receiver. Requests to make it even more accessible: 1. please add some basic parental controls (filter explicit albums) to the family plan 2. Add AppleTV and Apple Watch apps. Those would let me move my whole family over from the other big players.
