I love this app for keeping up with my gorgeous first grandbaby, who lives half a continent away. But your ads are obnoxious. I get you need to make money. I even bought something you advertised. But can you throttle back a bit? It’s starting to irritate me.

Family Album is a great way to view the photos of our grandchildren through the years, we really enjoy seeing the current photos and being able to go back through the years. Thanks🌼🇺🇸

I've been using FamilyAlbum for 3 years and going on 3 babies and I use it almost every day. My extended family loves being able to keep up with what the kids are up to, and I love being able to see all their comments without the crazy notification spam of a group text! The free version has all you need, but some of my family love the option of ordering prints too. I recommend this app to friends all the time!

I have been using this app for maybe like 2 years now I think? It’s so wonderful. I’m 25 and my grandmother is a great grandmother to my children and she lives out of state, and she LOVES to see the uploads with my kids. My husband’s family is also out of state, and it’s a great way for them to follow our kids lives and keep us in touch. Everyone I think really loves this app. I have been subscribed for some time and I’ve ordered photos and a photo book, etc. and it’s really an amazing app. It’s definitely worth it, it’s one of the most important subscriptions I have and I am so happy with it.

We really REALLY love this app. We were being essentially hounded for daily photos by all dozen family members since our daughter was born and it added SO much stress to the experience of having a newborn. Ever since we granted those people access to this app, it's been so peaceful and quiet. We love it. We love so many of the features. We have a couple features we desire. 1. Download allowances for specific members. We trust most of our family not to spam their FBs with photos of her, but a couple of people cannot understand or do not agree with our boundary against posting her. We would like to allow content downloads by selection. 2. CAN WE PLEASE edit the cover photo for videos?!!! Because we have to "catch" our baby laughing or playing, or bc we are filming peek-a-boo POV, many videos start with a black screen, the ground, the wall. It makes our photo grid very ugly and makes those videos hard for our family to find again. "Where's the one with her laughing until she falls?" "Oh it's just a close up of a grey wall. That one". It's a pretty common feature on other apps hosting videos- we'd love to see it here!!

I appreciate the free but every time you log in, seeing an ad gets tiring. And since every screen has an ad it doesn’t make sense. The UI from the viewer/user side is not very intuitive. Free downloads are appreciated.

Love the photos but logging on is difficult.

My daughter added the family to this app and I absolutely love it because it gives us updated photos on the new grandbaby. It notifies me anytime that there are new photos added, and I can go view them immediately and there are other ways you can also share them with family by printing them and making photo books. I love it!
