    The app is decently user-friendly, but it was not helpful for finding quality friends in my area at all. Not only that I deleted the app in the account via my phone and just got another $80 charge and they won’t refund it because I have to cancel it through the app. be careful because you have to delete it in the app. Delete the account and delete it through Apple or you’ll get overcharged.

    As a female, you’re supposed to make the first move, but when you do, 9 times out of 10 you don’t get a response & after 24 hours your match vanishes which is the dumbest concept ever. Half the people on there don’t know what they want or literally never even use the app which is apparent to the no responses you get. Also…it’s very difficult to find your likes in the swipe deck. At least on Tinder you have better luck actually getting matches & they don’t give you a time limit on responses. Also the prices are ridiculous for an app that doesn’t even guarantee you a date…the app legit just plays with your feelings. Do better Bumble. I suggest you move to Tinder or Hinge for a higher chance of actual connection.

    Besides the app being absolutely trash, the fact that I get useless notifications even though they are turned off is the reason I’m deleting and giving this horrible review! At least 5 times a day I get a notification telling me something useless when they are turned completely off tired of it

  • Exposing a “feminist” dating app for misogyny

    This app is a total joke. This isn’t the first time i experience blatant racist misogyny and when I report it directly to bumble I get a warning slapped on my account instead you cannot make this up. I doubt they even check reports, or there’s only misogynists working for this company ironically enough. Also the “deal” for premium isn’t a deal it’s actually MORE expensive. It’s like this app harbors the WORST singles in the state. Ever look at someone good looking enough and think “huh why are they still single” yeah you don’t wanna find out. Unlucky enough for people like me that have no other way to date. It’s mostly just people with avoidant attachment style and sprinkled in emotional unavailability on here, and there’s no way to find this out other than becoming this persons next victim. Like I have issues myself and I find myself flabbergasted by how toxic people are on here. I get that your ex hurt you but how is that MY fault??? I’m a masochist but not even I enjoy this much pain.

    What a piece of garbage of an app. They place you in a large pile and expect you to pay to be removed from that large pile to the front of the line. What? What ever happened to the good old algorithm. They play games to have you pay more. Also, they shadow ban people without notification. If you’ve paid and been shadow banned, that’s fraud. Be aware.

    I think for one week 20$ is way too much to charge. It’s overpriced (response to the developer: it’s still overpriced. Lower your prices a bit because I want to use the features but can’t afford it.)

    Was banned for absolutely no reason. Beware of revenge reporting. My entire profile was appropriate, never sent lewd or inappropriate messages. If you don’t respond to matches soon enough or at all the unpleased match can falsely report you and their support team will not look into the matter of false reports. As a paying customer I cannot believe the little support they provide for false reports. It’s bad enough that the male side of the matching system can’t engage in conversation until the female side does. Take your time and money to another app. I have never had any issues on other apps except on this one.

    In their haste to make women comfortable, they paralyze them, as women on this app tend to be skittish about making the first move. I just wish I knew this before giving them well over 100 USD just to buy their premium status that has not delivered one positive result since 2019 when I downloaded it. I wish I could give them one star. The creators of this app have clearly shown they hate the human male species. They perceive them as Predators. I’m sure if you ask them they’ll give you their more flattering, politically correct, antiseptic reasons why they hate and discriminate men, but they will take men’s money though. They hate men, but they love men’s money, and women’s money too. They read this review, contact them, and simply said “we are sorry”. So they’ll discriminate against you after you give them your hard-earned money, but it’s ok because all they have to do is say sorry and it’s all sugar and spice and everything nice. Nothing beats face to face interaction, but what do I know. Proceed at your own risk.

    I’ve messaged you guys multiple times about my account randomly being banned when I was just using it not even two days ago I hadn’t even opened the app in a few weeks prior to then. nor have I sent or said anything even mildly inappropriate to anyone at all and I’ve also had an automatic payment come out for premium subscription. So you can take peoples money and randomly ban their accounts with no warning or anything but yet you can’t respond not very professional.
