This app had such great reviews I had to get it. Unfortunately, I get many duplicate facts 3-5 times and I’ve only had it for a month. I even have all categories check marked. I want my money back.

I really like the facts that this app offers but the widget which I use the most needs a lot of work. Sometimes the widget is broken a lot of times it repeats facts over and over again despite they’re being so many within the app itself.

Ive found a good handful of “facts” that are not true what so ever, the most recent I discovered is “Shakespeare invented the word assassination” which is incorrect In the 12th-century Arabic term hashīshīn (plural of hashishiyy), meaning "hashish-users," (aka someone who smoked weed) The term arose during the Crusades and passed into European languages via Italian (assassino) and French, eventually becoming a general term for professional murderers and was later popularized by Shakespeare during the 15-16th century like many other words but was not invented by him. Simply doing a little research would be enough to determine what’s factual and fictional. • Edit, another false “fact” “Denver Colorado invented the cheeseburger” Infact Lionel Sternberger is generally credited with inventing the cheeseburger in 1924 (some sources say 1926) at his father's Pasadena, California, sandwich shop, "The Rite Spot". Legend says he experimentally placed a slice of American cheese on a sizzling hamburger patty. Key Historical Details The Inventor: Lionel Sternberger (16 years old at the time). The Location: The Rite Spot in Pasadena, California. The Origin Story: There are two popular, similar stories: he either did it as an experiment or was trying to cover up a burned patty. The Name: Originally called the "cheese hamburger," it was later shortened. First Trademark: While Sternberger created it first, Louis Ballast of the Humpty Dumpty Drive-In in Denver, Colorado, was awarded the first trademark for the word "cheeseburger" in 1935. Other Claims: Kaelin's Restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky, claimed to have invented it in 1934.

have come across a bunch of “facts” that are not completely accurate. ruins a great app because i have to fact check each time instead of just reading it on the widget. could be five stars.

Makes you go through a bunch of questions to set up app then at the end you have to pay for it. Just be upfront that it’s a paid app and don’t waste my time
