    I use Acapella all year long to send individual parts to the choir members. A split screen plays the entire piece on one frame while I play the individual voices along on the other frame. Choir members practice on their own time between rehearsals. It’s a fantastic, helpful tool for us.

    I am in the wilderness regularly and I downloaded this and paid for it with the intention of creating a whole lot of music videos while in a wild area that has no service. I can’t create more than one video at a time!! That’s unfortunate. I am hoping to either figure it out or get a refund, because I can’t do what I was planning to do with the app!

    i revived an old acapella account i made nearly 10 years ago. i was excited seeing all my old vids i made, felt nostalgic. at one point i meant to log out of that account but accidentally clicked ‘delete account’. the thing is this app has not been updated, it is the same layout ever since i started using it, with just one click, ur account is deleted. theres no confirmation to make sure if you want to delete the account you know like how other apps work, but no just one click and its deleted permanently. emailed the company if they could revive it, it is impossible they said.

    I have been knocked off of this app for months now , even though I paid yearly once again, as I have in the past. I have talked with the company reps and I was advised at one point to delete the app and reinstall. Then I was advised by a different tech rep NOt to delete the app because the music I had previously recorded using the app might not re-appear! Truly angry right now!
  • Update has ruined the app

    I have loved using this app, but the recent update that was done yesterday does not allow me to record anything. It keeps saying error your video cannot be saved, please try again. I’ve tried everything, deleting the app, closing the app, closing the background apps. Nothing works unfortunately, and I just bought the subscription so I hope this is resolved quickly.

  • Unable to collaborate

    I’ve been having all kinds of trouble trying to collaborate with other registered subscription paid users. I have tried sending via Facebook messenger via text via email, a collaboration and users on the other end cannot open it. I’ve had this problem with multiple projects over the last few months, I’ve contacted picked play host a couple of times no resolution of the issue.
  • Terrible and laggy

    It almost feels intentional at this point like because of Bluetooth there’s latency which I get but when I try to mute the video it’s so laggy the buttons don’t even respond 10 seconds after the click and half the time it doesn’t register like is this app designed to piss people off or something?
