    The app worked great at first, but after the third order I would constantly get an error “We are unable to place your order at this time”. I’ve tried restarting the app, logging out, and reinstalling the app but I keep getting the same error. What’s frustrating is that I have points that I’d like to use but this app makes it impossible to even place an order.

    it's reversing the charges, and the staff at the restaurants have been pretty understanding about it but it's still basically unusable.

    I order off of the app a lot. I recently stopped because I went on my lunch. I ordered through the app for my lunch. I gave it sometime before I picked it up through the drive thru. When I got there the young lady told me I needed to wait in line because ordering through the app doesn’t make it faster. I was late going back from lunch. Very upset! Now, I know not to order on the app if I’m on my lunch at work. Other than that! All is well!

    Also love your Mc Donald’s food gets here warm if one orders no lettuce they pay attention, you also give napkins and straws unlike other McDonald’s Donald’s in Bethlehem food missing cold food no napkins straws they just don’t care and food tates awful I just started eating Micky D’s since you guys opened on the Westgate hill …thank you please don’t get sloppy …
