    Why do you have two different shudders. One that’s on prime and one that’s its own app. Doesn’t seem fair to have to pay for one and not get everything that’s on both

    I have had this subscription canceled since November and it’s still been charging my account. I have tried disputing the charges and calling to see the problem but no such luck. If you want to cancel good luck. Just so you know based on how long it’s been is near the end of January and they are still charging my card.
  • App Library is messed up

    Hey Shudder, long time subscriber here. I just wondered if you are aware that the movie library in the app has been out of sorts for a long time now. I’ll click on a title and the wrong movie comes up. This happens for almost every title. I can still find a movie if I already know the title by searching for it but clicking on the menu always brings up the wrong title in most of the library. Something is out of wack. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but the problem persists. I love your service. This is a minor annoyance for me but it’s one I think you should fix. I’ll change my rating to five stars when I notice the issue goes away.
  • Bugs Gotta Go

    I wanted to like Shudder but I spend more time watching a buffer screen than I do any movie. The app also always shuts down and I have to force quit it and reopen. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership because the buffering became a nuisance.
  • Bugs and Glitches

    I was enjoying the app on a daily basis, until I went back to finish “The Changeling”. A message came right after the “shudder” animation play that read, “this title is not available outside of the U.S.” (I live in Oregon) Also, when I head to the “browse” section, if I scroll too far and pick a movie, it turns into another movie instead. Hopefully this gets fixed soon because I was really enjoying the app.

    If you’re gonna have an IOS Shudder app available, make sure we can actually make the movies full screen on mobile devices… otherwise, I would have given you 5/5. SHUDDER- please fix your aspect ratio so we can view these videos in full screen.

    Since the past two updates I believe when you browse all the titles you’ll click one and it’ll take you to the incorrect one. Also reviews should be more rigorous.
