    I can’t find a good movie because all the reviews are social justice warriors condemning a movie if it doesn’t push propaganda. Seems every movie needs be a form of small minded social commentary to get high ratings on this platform. The community is toxic and I can’t support the hate.

    I subscribed thinking that I am going to get all of the old Joe Bob Briggs episodes from every season of “The Last Drive-In”..Nope..More than half of the episodes from every season have been removed due to Shudder losing the licenses to continue showing the episodes containing those films..Only reason I wanted Shudder was for Joe Bob..Take Joe Bob’s episodes down, I’m out..
  • Fantastic library, AWFUL app

    As a horror fan, I am thrilled to have a horror Netflix, but watching it proves to be the true nightmare. The app constantly starts films and episodes at the end as if they’ve already been watched, despite being brand new on the platform. Not to mention bugging out and crashing all the time, the audio from the stupid live stream network carrying over to other tabs and through to other content, and terribly laggy UX. Put as much energy into the app as you have the content!

    Great service but the app is poor. Often times has trouble remembering where you left off, and judging by recent reviews, this longstanding bug hasn’t been fixed. Such a shame that something so fundamental to a streaming app is broken.

    I TRIED THE “FREE TRIAL” I COULD NEVER SIGN IN USED THE RESET PASSWORD NEVER GOT IT IN THE EMAIL,YES MY EMAIL IS CORRECT,TO BAD I COULD NEVER EVEN TRY IT!! THE WORST!!

    This is my favorite streaming service and its not even close, HOWEVER: I’m constantly getting locked out of the app and asked to reset my password. If I got dressed, got in my car and drove the 4 miles to my nearest post office to drop a password reset into the mail box, it would take me less time than it does on this app. Between bouncing me back to a web browser outside of the app, to waiting and WAITING for the link to arrive in my inbox, I usually just give up and fall asleep.

    I signed up for monthly fee and they kept charging my bank for the annual fee. Even after I canceled, by the way connection issues was the reason, they are still trying to charge me. And I’m just saying, to be the premier horror streaming service, get some big titles, just saying

    The huge Amazon crash came during my free trial, so bad timing. App works fine, though weird bugs like sound streaming from another show, lack of easy to see My Loaf (it’s in another row or under my account instead of prominent) and no user profiles bring it down. Great content, UI needs overhaul.

    Vizio app doesn’t work and always logs out, and Airplay never works. Always says it cant load or too many people are on the account even though I’m the only person. They want you to watch it on your phone or not at all. Will never eve consider Shudder again.
