  • Does not have option to have veggie patty

    I love the rewards and deals on the app. BUT there is no way to select ANY of the food items with veggie patty or to eveb add one. I wish it would let me just do a Build-Your-Own sandwich or salad or wrap or bowl so that I could just have a veggie patty on it… I will give 5 stars once they change the app to allow this.

    Worst experience. Charged my account for falsely advertising a buy one get one free and the store cancelled. Now I can’t get money back. Horrible service.

    This app doesn’t tell you when restaurants are closed. It lets you place an order and charges your card for food you’re never going to get.

    They did not follow the special instructions. Your app never did give pickup time. When I called the store they did not pickup.

    It never works. It says uh oh! Something didn’t work and then the money comes out of your account but you don’t get your food. Total rip off. Maybe someone at subway should find a programmer that knows what they are doing.

    The deals don’t work, no matter how many times you change your order to fit it. You’ll never get the deal. It’s very slow and it’s more inconvenient to try to work out the app then just going don’t get the app.

    The worst designed app I’ve ever come across. The whole point of its existence is to let you order ahead and it can’t even manage that. Every time I try to place an order nothing happens and I’m stuck at the checkout screen. How this company is still in business is beyond me

    As the title says, the app won’t let me order as a guest rather than signing into or making a rewards account. I don’t want to make an account with Subway, I just want to order my food.

    horrible app, doesn’t let me add multiple gift cards, wouldn’t let me add my debit card for payment (something about a wrong pin even though everything was right), wouldn’t let me pay with apple pay. also kept denying access to sign up/sign in to the app. needs major updates
