  • Bad experience

I had to sign up for another third party service in order to get my confirmation. Couldn’t find the lot from the directions given and no help from customer service. Was NOT a good price for parking and I asked for money back. Hope I get it. Will NEVER use again.

It’s been a stressful time I signed up for one week free trial and immediately my credit card was charged I don’t even know about the app and fits worth the money the sell it for $34.99 still waiting to hear back from the help desk and apple. Not how I want to spend time . Is it a trick and they hope people don’t take notice of being charged without their promise? And the app does not show I am plus customer even though they charged me it asks me to join plus for $34.99

Canceled the free trial the same day, and they still charged me for a full year. No warning, no confirmation—just shady and dishonest. Don’t trust this app.

Why do I have to download the app to use your services? Why can’t I use the web browser version? Data collection possibly? No thanks.

Be aware of the unauthorized charge. When I downloaded the app, I didn’t approve any authentication for the renewal and also not choose any option for the package. There’s no warning saying this app will give only 7 days trail. I got $34.99 unauthorized charge. They don’t have phone number, no office, nothing besides useless email. I tried to contact via email to revert back my money but no response at all. This app is absolutely scam, I don’t know where they got all the reviews from after they scammed me. Thus, be careful with this app or better not use it because this isn’t helpful, you can check the sign on the street when you drive pass by once you found empty spot. Give me back my money, scamer!
  • Great App but not all features working

I paid the $34/yr and I've had the locate my car feature do the auto park and reminder only work 1 time. I have to manually set it myself and even then it loses track of where I parked 5mins later and doesn't show up on the map. It's great to pull up the app and see the street and cleaning dates but that info is already free.

  • Inaccurate Free Parking areas

In downtown Chicago, all the areas, where park meters are there, are marked as free in this app. Defeat the purpose of having this app. Great recipe to get towed!
  • Waste of time

Provides no services for people with disabilities and it’s apparent speaking with them that they don’t have intention of serving 20% of the population.
