    After the payment is completed, click on the app connection, and it shows that there is no Internet connection. Can this problem be solved? You should enjoy the service after spending money. I spent money and couldn't use it normally. It's not my fault, nor is it your fault. Whose fault is it?

    I was an ExpressVPN customer for over 10 years and always defended the higher price because of the reliability and privacy focus. Sadly, that loyalty means nothing to them anymore. I renewed my yearly plan at $99, right after that, they jacked the price up to $120+ for the exact same plan – a 20-25 % increase in one shot – with zero warning or grandfathering for existing long-term users. When I contacted support asking for a fair adjustment or even just to honor the previous rate, they basically said “too bad, that’s the new price.” No loyalty discount, no compromise, nothing. Meanwhile, competitors like Surfshark are now $2-3/month (often faster in real-world tests) with basically the same features and audited no-logs policies. The value proposition is gone. On top of that, I’m increasingly uncomfortable with Kape Technologies’ ownership and their past track record. Ten years was a good run, but it’s time to move on. Thanks for the years of service, but this kind of aggressive price hiking while the rest of the market gets cheaper and faster isn’t acceptable. Goodbye, ExpressVPN.
