Please fix the bug, or add code such that navigation can be started with Siri command in CarPlay mode. This is available in other free apps.
  • Speed limit accuracy

For a major player like TomTom it’s surprising how inaccurate your speed limit info is. I see this inaccuracy in the Jeep connected services for Uconnect 5 and I see it in the smartphone app. You have no easy way to report these inaccuracies, especially in a paid for app. I might as well use Here We go app for the offline capability. Apple Z maps, Google Msps, and Waze are much more accurate. In addition, your instructions many times don’t take you direct to the destination (door to door), sometimes your stop is in a shopping center off a hwy feeder road. TomTom will direct you to a point on the feeder road and say you’ve reached the destination? But the actual destination is still another 500 feet away. Examples are 14309 n Sam Houston pkwy e, Houston , Texas for Menchie’s. The speed limit error example is on FM1960 road from Hwy 59 feeder road into Humble. The sped limit is 50 mph, but the app goes from 30 to 60, There are many other examples. If I’m going to pay for a app, at least have it accurate.

The map data in United States is so inaccurate so many missing roads and wrong roads names even that I reported to mapshare you still fix them but traffic avoidance works very well

I had a an early piece of TomTom GPS hardware decades ago and it wasn’t as lackluster as this app. It does the job but can’t compare to the free others.
  • Flexible?

Cancelled during trial period. App is not flexible. Would not allow changes to occur.
  • Not into it

Idk how it got good reviews. It doesn’t have any of the addresses I put in and when I bought the $4.99 a month it charged me $40ish which is more than the yearly subscription. Good concept with the roads. Used to love my old TomTom. Not this.
  • Horrible app lacks fundamental features.

The fact that I cannot search my saved locations, and I have no alphabetical shortcut is just inexcusable. It is so frustrating when I have to scroll all the way through my locations to get something that is lower in the alphabet. How hard is it to add alphabetical shortcut to the list? I've emailed them, I've sent feedback, everything. The only thing this company cares about is getting your money. Unfortunately, it's one of the few GPS apps out there that has off-line maps and they have all of my locations saved at this point. It'd be really great if they joined the rest of the decade and got their stuff together.
  • WORST NAVIGATION EVER! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Sends you in wrong direction or circles the destination taking longer than necessary. Half the time it won’t even activate to start the drive. Also lists completely wrong streets.
  • Horrible!

The GPS is off. This morning it told me to keep right, then make a left turn as I was passing through the intersection. Sorry I spent $39 on this garbage.
