    i ordered my package for school for the 11th. i ordered my stuff on july 28th & it was out for delivery all day for august 8th , they delayed my package and sent it from my zipcode all the way to marietta. shein is scamming and under investigation for FRAUD . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PACKAGE!!

    Complained about a missing package, was told by carrier that the package was scanned as part of a manifest but had not individually been scanned in. In other words never shipped. I was refunded my purchase and offered points (credit essentially) toward my next purchase. A week later, my account is locked. I inquire, get automated messages back. Push further on it, and points expired and no more discount. Otherwise this would have been an okay app to purchase through but they lie and you deal with scummy vendors. If the app doesn’t back you up then you are at the mercy of fly by night operators. Avoid it, find anyone else that at least offers some protection.

    Too many things going on it always seems to empty my cart. I have to go and reselect and add them back to the cart. The recommendations don’t make any sense at all. Too many pop-ups, forcing me to buy and pay.

    I have wanted to order gor so long… I see so much I love !!!! But I’ve never ordered because every time I come close to looking at something ..those dumb wheel spins come up ??! So unnecessary … your sakes will go up if u get rid of them … this is the feeling of everyone talk to about it …. Why ?????? I’m out everytime I see the wheel

    I have been using SHEIN for almost 1 year. And every year I try their promotions such as “buy $10 for $200 credit” but never receive it. I have contacted them multiple times about this and they are no help whatsoever ever. I will be deleting this up and making sure to warn the people that do use it

    I placed an order where they divided all the products and part of the products did not arrive, I wrote to customer service and they asked if I wanted my money and I put that I preferred the product and they proceeded with the return and when I said again that I did not want that, but the product they told me that it could not be done because they were making the return and from the beginning I said I wanted the product not the money. Very bad management with orders and customer service. And it's not the first time it happens to me
