    They give you all these pops ups and say they will give you credit for your next order and they don’t even show up to use on top of that they make you share a thousand time just to never get the “free items with free shipping” It’s very annoying to deal with all the false advertisement

    Ordered two blankets and they came but one was the correct size and the other was too small but I ordered them both the same size. Choose to do nothing and accept it. Then I paid for 4 packets of 4 necklaces and only received one packet of the necklaces. Tried to fix it through their chat and emails but ofc I cannot reply to email and they won’t refund me because of the package that was delivered, it looks like I got everything but I didn’t. Worst experience , just stick with Temu.

    👎👎👎FIRST and LAST order with Shein. All items thrown loosely into bag after spending $200- they couldn’t afford a box?!?! The specialty greeting card was thrown into a loose envelope with no protection and it along with two figures were crushed. Customer service refused to help. They kept asking for pictures I already sent and closed the chat when I called them on it after they wasted an hour of my time. Don’t waste your money. SHEIN is a fraud and I will be opening complaints with the BBB and the FTC tomorrow. At least one of the sets of Sanrio figurines I got is crudely made and obviously counterfeit. Absolute junk! Even worse customer service! 👎👎👎

    Idk why they made their app a temu 1-1 dih ride but it’s so bad now, I have to scroll out the app and reopen it js to normally shop, need a replacement app asap

    I like the app the only thing I don’t like is that that make you feel like your gonna win free stuff by buying things and you don’t win smh not only that it’s been so many of my items not delivered and I never get a refund about to be done with them
