    There are a lot of negative reviews from people who are apparently unable to understand the very clear language in the App Store description explaining why a subscription is required. Don't pay them any attention.

    I downloaded this app and began using it. Woke up the next morning to find out my 9 year account is permanently banned!! I did not make any posts, or do anything but use this app.

    The only downside to Narwal is how stupid it makes me feel for having suffered the lazy, cynical slap in the face that is the official Reddit app for so many years! The meager couple bucks a month I pay for it (necessitated by Reddit’s cynically greedy API terms) helps to fund its very active development, and growing list of absolutely perfect customization features.

    This app is just better in pretty much every way compared to the official Reddit app. The amount of customization is incredible, the Liquid Glass implementation looks exactly like something Apple would produce, and the overall snappiness is just perfect! If I could give this 6 stars I would!

  • Great App but needs icons

    I really like this app but it needs subreddit icons and user profile icons in comments. If you look at the main Reddit app, user comments have their profile pic and subreddit posts on the main page have subreddit icons. This adds extra space around the messages. If you look at this app it’s too “compressed” with the text of comments too close together, and you can’t tell the subreddit from a quick icon glance. With this feature this app would be a 5/5
