Trucker Path: Truck GPS & Fuel

I just started using this trucker path this week so far i have no problem and it put me to the right address for the truck gate delivery i hope more updates to come thank you.

I use the app for oversized loads and I used to be able to input any dimensions I wanted. Now the app restricts width selection to a maximum of 12’11” which is ridiculous. I do 15’ wide loads or better. Please change this back I really depend on this app.

the app opens and immediately crashes

After updating to 6.5.5 app is just crashing after opening. Not working. iPhone 12promax iOS 18.3.1 please fix this problem.

However, I would like to highlight several enhancements that could make the app even more beneficial for drivers who rely on it daily, particularly in the "Send Report" section. 1. **Lane Closure Reporting**: When users select the lane closure option, it would be helpful to allow them to specify which lane is closed (e.g., left lane, right lane) as well as the direction of the closure (e.g., Eastbound or Westbound). This additional detail could improve communication regarding road conditions. 2. **Routing Consistency**: Currently, the app tends to reroute users away from their selected routes without prior notification. Many drivers have preferences for specific routes based on their experience, even if they may be longer. It would be advantageous if the app maintained the originally selected route unless the user explicitly chooses an alternative. 3. **Speed Limit Updates**: The speed limit information in the app should reflect current standards, as many highways have increased their limits to 70-75 MPH, while TruckerPath still displays 65 MPH. Regular updates to this feature could enhance safety and compliance. 4. **Traffic Management**: The app sometimes reroutes based on traffic conditions reported in the opposite direction. For example, if Eastbound traffic is congested, the app assumes Westbound traffic is also impacted. Improving the app's ability to differentiate direction-specific traffic could minimize unnecessary rerouting. 5. **Route Selection**: Users often find that the app suggests routes that may appear shorter but result in increased delays due to traffic lights and smaller roads. It would be beneficial for the app to provide options to avoid city streets, similar to existing functions for avoiding tolls and tunnels. 6. **Bypass Options**: When passing through cities or downtown areas, many have bypass highways that allow drivers to avoid congestion. Implementing a feature to "avoid city streets" could assist drivers in selecting more efficient routes. 7. **Vehicle Optimization for GPS**: The process of inputting specific vehicle dimensions (weight, height, etc.) can be complex, especially for those who may not be technologically inclined. To simplify this, I suggest offering users pre-defined vehicle types (e.g., Tractor Trailer: Dry Van or Reefer) to streamline the process and ensure accurate routing. As someone with a background in IT, I have numerous additional ideas, but I understand the constraints of time. I appreciate your consideration of these suggestions, as I believe they could significantly enhance the user experience for many drivers.

The voice guidance has become way to chatty in the last few updates. Example: “Congestion ahead, drive with caution.” I don’t need the “Drive with caution”part. Short simple alerts are all thats needed. The above is one example there are tons others. Also, speed limits for 2 axle vehicles in California and can go the posted speed limit for four wheelers

The app won’t let me cancel my subscription, or even delete my account. I did the free trial and was unsatisfied with the app, and now it keeps attempting to charge my account even though I have canceled it in my subscriptions on Apple.

Only issue is it’s a little on the expensive side, or would be 5 stars.
