  • App no longer works

Been using OpenSnow for several years. The app is no longer running for the past three days. I tried everything including deleting and re-installing the app. Not working, no update from the company. Why am I paying a subscription for a non-functioning app at the start of the ski season?

Super ambiguous as to what costs money. Answer is it’s completely useless without an annual subscription.
  • Great forecasts

I’ve been an OpenSnow subscriber since 2011, after I first bought a second home in the mountains and have continued ever since. The local accuracy of the forecasts is great to plan outdoor activities, whether just hiking in the mountains or climbing 14ers.
  • Please add more of Europe! And fix Restore Purchase.

I love this app! This is one of my three go to apps for backcountry. Please add more European data! Also, I’m being punished because my subscription is via Apple. When I try to restore my purchase it is broken.
  • Use to love it

This has gotten way too fancy. Would be nice to just look at a five day forecast with probability and inches spelled out and not graphed out as it used to be. Disappointing
  • Use this all year long!

Love this app and am a subscriber! Wanted to let you know that the last update broke the widgets for me (I have current conditions and a stack of resorts). Also, I have the all-access but keep getting in-app notices to upgrade. Where should I send an inquiry to make sure my account is all good?

I’ve been using Open Snow almost since their inception 14 years ago. It has steadily evolved from a simple blog and graph to a robust multi-resort guide with targeted weather forecast that augment NOAA level data with expert local insight. Keep it up guys!
