    App used to be good. Paid for it at one time. Now you can’t even see public land on the free version. I’m not paying if you’re not willing to simply let me see public land in the base app like you used to. Uninstalled. It’s worthless unless you pay extra

    App worked great. Even subscribed to the pro account until they suddenly said that I needed to subscribe to it again. Then I renewed my previous subscription and it’s still not applying to my account. I will not be subscribing to this app ever again. $60 down the drain with nothing to show for.

    App deletes your history and saved maps. Upgrades are tiered and it’s a joke. Buying for a year when only use a couple months, and still don’t get all the features. Look elsewhere.

    For over 3 weeks I have been trying to get the app to work. 2 updates ago it quit working for me and several other members of the hunt club. I have a ton of emails to them and I’m told the developers are working on a fix! This has been going on for over 3 weeks and still no solution. They have confirmed that they are receiving numerous other complaints of the same issue from other members of the hunt club.

    Buyer Beware free doesn’t mean FREE! Can be a great app but unfortunately Very limited options available on the freebie plan. Money best spent on other applications.

    I purchased the pro and it does not include white tail tracking which is disappointing because after all the app is for deer hunting,. The App does not work very well in low data areas I probably will not renew next year.

    I’ve had this app for years and pay for upgraded versions. In the past 6 months or so, I have noticed it being unstable and not loading information like it should. I have updated the app multiple times. Each time a new upgraded version is released, it becomes less user friendly and the push to pay higher prices is frustrating. I’m not sure if this is worth paying for anymore.

    The app was great and I enjoyed using it until it quit working. I paid for the upgraded account and lost access to it. A month and a half into my issue and customer service has gone silent on me. The last two updates were “sorry for the delay, the team is working on this and we’ll have an update soon”. So as I said the app was great, but you risk throwing $30 away, losing access to all the maps you’ve built, and added frustration from an unresponsive customer service team. If I have to start over I’ll do it with OnX. Update: Customer support was able to get me back into my account by assigning a new email address. It took over two months and a 1 star review to do it so the review only goes to 3 stars. I like the app, I’m used to it. Customer service could definitely use an upgrade.

    Started out as a pretty good program I used it for a number of years the more improvements they made the worse it got customer service is useless. The automatic service is useless and nobody wants to talk to you about getting it fixed. I would not advise anyone to buy this program.
