    As mentioned this app is overall very good for smaller landlords such as myself. I like it and my tenants like it. If I could ask for a few things I would ask for more adjustability in the Payment platform such as being able to edit the due date of the monthly payment. “ example” would be if I sign a tenant up as due on the 1st of each month and down the road it just works better for them to be on the 2nd of each month the current process it I have to contact Zillow and they have to do this for me. Not a dal breaker just more time consuming. The 2nd thing would be allow weekly installments not just monthly. Some tenants will only do weekly which I now have a separate system in place for them. It’s a lot to handle when a landlord is busy and has multiple platforms to keep track of to make sure tenants are paying on time. Zillow does a great job at notifying me if a tenant is late or if there are any issues at all. Overall I love the Zillow rental manager app it just needs a few tweets to be more desirable to all landlords and tenants. I recommend!

    Even though there are a few things that Zillow can improve on the Zillow web site and Zillow rental manager site provides a good, And Safe place for landlords and tenants to manage their rentals.

    One of the three applications I received from a set of prospective renters isn’t visible in the app but is in the mobile browser. Sometimes I will get a notification for a message that doesn’t exist in the app or the browser, and most of the time there is no badge notification.

    Zillow has been a good source to publish our house to rent. We followed all the instructions and finally we saw the results in our previous rental.
