    I feel like I spend more time fighting with this app then the time I am actually successfully using it! Another 45 minutes wasted trying to get 6 letter letters printed for a name tag! So frustrating!

    This app is the worst at helping me be productive and creative. I have to be my own technical support each time. I turn my machine on. Most times the application can’t find my machine and other cases it can find my machine but then my design space is all wonky. I would like for once to be able to turn on the machine and get directly to being creative. This is so frustrating.

  • Print then cut

    All of a sudden I can’t print then cut with my Maker. Keeps saying operation not supported. Never had an issue until now.

    Honestly I never review apps but this is a huge problem ive had a cricket design space subscription for almost two years and use it off and on mostly around holidays so today i wanted to work on some hallowen projects remembering last month not being able to finish a wedding gift for someone due to the app crashing repeatedly and hoping everything is working checking if the app needed to update and was ready to go only to be met with literally nothing is working so why have i been paying $10 a month for almost two years (not to mention how much i spent on the machine itself vinyl and other supplies ) when im not using it super often for an app and device that i can't even use honestly i have half a mind to call customer service and get my money back im officially cancelled my subscription till i get answers and the app is fixed hopefully someone hoping to buy a cricket and takes a minute to read all this decides its not worth it. fix the app.

  • Not connecting to machine anymore

    Updated to the latest update, now the app isn’t connecting to its machine anymore. Instead it‘s asking to register a new machine but doesn’t find any. No matter if you connect the machine (manually) and the light is blue or not (white light). This update turned the machine into an expensive piece off electronic trash. Don’t buy your machine - you won’t be be able to use it!!!

  • Every update is a headache

    Every time I try to use my circuit I have to go through and update. Which wasn’t a big deal when it was only taking a few minutes. I have the most up to date version of the app and now and it refuses to connect to my machine. Circuit machines do not work without the app so now they are useless.

    I love my Cricut but with the last update it stopped working. I can’t get it to connect to my iPhone. Please fix this ASAP.

    I can’t get this app to work with iPhone or iPad like I used to. Now all it does is spin and try to load. I can only get it to work on a laptop. It’s absolutely useless.
