I love this app for my children and they do to but 2 things. I wish there was a setting that on the bottom corner a small diagram should show you wear to brush. This would help to make sure they don't brush in the same spot the whole time. We also have trouble scanning new characters because we get an oral b toothbrush and crest toothpaste every time we go to the dentist, and they normally don't have barcodes to scan. But they do have the brand name and a Disney character. Like I said, great app but could have a few tweaks!

It looks like there was an update for lilo and stitch but the app will not download it and just stays frozen.

We have used the app for several years with minimal Issues. It now will Not update and I can’t get past the updating screen. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled and it will not work. Not sure what to do now as the help bot did not help. Thanks

When I downloaded the app it won’t download, and everything is up to date on my phone.

App has been working great but just today we tried to unlock Anna and it all glitched so bad that I can’t even open the app now. Tried a hard reset, deleted the app and reinstalled, updated iOS. My little one loves this app. Please help!

Our 3 kids used this for 6 months. Then the app glitched and has erased all their data. Without any cloud backup or saved data this app isn’t worth the tears you’ll inevitably get.
