  • Match creating bug

    There’s a bug that keeps starting extra matches with my friends that neither of us are starting. I play with my wife and a few friends, and I will randomly get extra match invites from them when I already have a match going with them. For example, I will log into trivia crack and see multiple match invites from the same person. When I ask if they are doing this on purpose, the answer is always no. Additionally, they are getting multiple match invites from me, but I am not starting extra games. Annoying, yes but here’s where the real frustration lies. If I were to “delete” these extra match invites, it counts as a forfeit on my part and ruins the record that I have with my friends. I used to love this game before the UI was completely reworked, which is really confusing and hard to navigate now. There are a number of other bugs that I’ve encountered once or twice, but the main issue I keep having is the extra matches that keep getting started automatically. It is getting really annoying to have to keep up with five games from just one person. One example of another bug is that I lost a match with my wife after failing to answer a crown question when our score was 4 to 4. That makes no sense. I’m thinking of putting this game away if this doesn’t get fixed soon.

    I’ve been playing Trivia Crack quite often for a very long time. I don’t like the latest two updates with the layout. It’s confusing. Can’t barely see the words on the main menu, they are tiny. Please return back to the previous graphics or allow us to choose.

    The app updated and my user name is different. How do I get my old name back? FYI there is no edit shortcut/icon next to my name in settings. Tried that first

    For the love of God would you stop changing the home screen of the game? This used to be one of my favorite games. Now I’m considering deleting it. It’s not fun anymore. Why are you trying to make it a social media app? I just want to play trivia. I don’t need creepy messages from strangers. We have enough apps for that.

    This used to be a fun game, but as a blind user, the interface is becoming less and less user friendly. One day, I could access features such as spinning the wheel of fortune and feeding my pet. Now, I can’t access these and finding the challenges I have with friends has become a nightmare. Please make this useable again. Sincerely, a player of ten years.

    It’s a fun trivia game, but every update lately feels like it’s trying to be a social media app more than a trivia game. I don’t understand why it needs reels, and keeps hiding game modes to emphasize the live videos people post. Would be nice to see more focus on being a trivia game over a TikTok clone.

  • SAFETY and SECURITY mean nothing to them!!

    You cannot remove or block followers! An ENORMOUS safety concern! I also have a set of known-to-me-in-real-life friends that I play with, but the game continually sends me new games from strangers. Earlier versions allowed you to turn that off, but that disappeared with a recent update. With each so-called update the game gets worse! Safety features are ignored while social features are increased! It’s also become a data hog with so many annoying and childish animations! I paid for this app and regret it!

    Nothing like making it harder and harder to understand where to find things in the game. Figuring out where my current games are was hard before now it’s impossible it’s like why do you keep changing things to make the screen impossible to use. I loved when I started playing this game back when it first popped into the App Store I know your trying to stay relevant with all the games out there but why change a great product to look awful. I also can’t stand all the pets you keep adding and how you can’t see how many cookies you have unless you click on the pet and then you lose them because getting cookies is impossible unless you buy them.

    The game overall is great, but there’s too many updates to keep up with. I get a new update and I’m like, “oh well.” Then i get used to it, then almost a week later there’s a new one! It’s so much to keep up with and they’re useless, it’s just putting different buttons in different spots. Just make up your mind and if it aint broke, don’t fix it.
