    Maybe will get 1/3 or 1/4 of your orders reimbursed. I have to email/message/check on 75%+++ of orders and send screenshots to get like 60 cents. They blame this on the stores, or you, which isn’t the consumer’s problem. Will stop using after 15 years after this May check.

    The sent the check, it never arrived, and i have repeatedly attempted to reach them about it. They never respond to communications.

    Rakuten has without warning deactivated my account when I had almost $200 cash back. It took many days for them to reply to my email and when finally they did they said they are not obligated to provide me any proof why they deactivated my account and that it will remain deactivated. If you check online you will find out that this happens really often and you end up spending much money because you think you will have cash back but eventually when you accumulate enough money they deactivate your account.

    The money back is fabulous! However, shopping through the app slows down whatever site being used, or I lose all my shopping work. I found it’s easier to shop on the store’s website and save my purchases and then login to Rakuten to check out. Maybe someday those bugs will get worked out.
