    This app crashes and crashes. In the duration of a Pacers game, Bally quits about 4 times total. Not a great look.

    When I can get the app to launch the picture goes between HD and standard definition. Sometimes it’ll just randomly freeze, I can’t believe the Pacers left fox sports for this. Bally sports is a joke.

    This app is not good from my use of it. It stops a lot a takes and I have to totally get out of it to get it to reload. It usually won’t run for a couple of minutes before I have to restart.

    The stream only connects for about 1 minute at a time and then stops working. It’s not my connection either, I’ve checked many times. Fix the bugs!!!

    never runs from start to finish on live games, always a problem off first startup with error messages, lags and glitches throughout games. awful app. fire your IT team!!!

    I only subscribe to watch the Cincinnati Reds. After I subscribe for one month, they immediately build my credit card for one year which was over $200. When I logged on, they tell me that I can’t even watch the Cincinnati Reds that it’s only with the subscription. They conveniently told me that after they stole $200 from me.

  • Cannot access on my LG TV

    Can’t mirror the phone, won’t cast to the TV, no LG app. I can only watch on my phone, laptop, or iPad. Terrible! Thought I signed up with a free trial, but no, stuck for the season.

  • Wants money for a subscription even though I have a cable subscription

    Once I got my cable account set up, I set up Bally so that I could watch my team on the go. Since my cable subscription is strictly digital. First day, everything worked as it should and I was able to watch my team through the app. But the next time I opened it nothing will load and my only option in order to watch the game is to pay for a Bally Sports subscription. WHY?!

    This app should be put down immediately. The fact that it is completely unusable alone should be grounds to have this eliminated and everyone should get their money back for a complete waste of space on the App Store. Doesn’t work as advertised. Buggy as all get out, wants you to sign in 100 times and connect your tv provider over and over and over again without getting anywhere. It’s like being in a fever dream. Back and forth. Back and forth. Subscribed to see if maybe that was it. NOPE. completely took my money and gave me literally nothing in return beside a head ache, and also loss of entertainment that I am seeking. Please don't give this business a single look. They will be gone by then end of the season at this rate and someone else will have all the opportunity to capitalize on what this mediocre service was trying to accomplish.
