Love this app. Helps me plan my meals for the week. I put in my health conditions, like high blood pressure, thyroid and arthritis and I add my meal preferences, what I like to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner; and based on the conditions and preferences, I get recommendations for meals with recipes that I can save, including ingredients that can be added to a grocery list (how convenient 😊)

At 72 and managing type 2 diabetes, I’ve tried all sorts of apps and diets over the years—most of them too complicated or not very helpful. But this one really surprised me. I took a quick photo of my wife’s homemade chicken dinner, and it broke everything down for me—what’s good, what I should watch out for, and even how it fits into my daily goals. The meal plans are spot on and actually match the kind of food I like to eat. It doesn’t feel like a diet, just smart choices. I honestly wish I had something like this 10 years ago. Highly recommend it, especially if you believe, like I do, that food is one of the best medicines we’ve got.
