Einstein AI: Homework Helper

Offers a free trial, takes $13 anyway. What can I do to get my money back?

Almost 15 dollars a month for it to do nothing. It got stuck saying asterisk.

This app is a scam! It does not work! Do not waste your money.

I emailed them to get my money back after scamming me still haven’t heard nothing.

i had 13 dollars saved in apple cash to buy wingstop. tonight, i was going to doordash it and delight in the taste of the fantastic wings and sauce. then, to my surprise, i see a notification on my phone. it is my friend telling me ‘download Einstein AI!’. i download it. it tells me that i can do a 7 day free trial and pay 12.99 at the end of the trail. i naively thought i could cancel my subscription before they took my hard-earned wingstop money. i click subscribe. it does the face id thing. it says perchase verified. and then a notification pops up on my phone. WHAT HO! THEY TOOK MY MONEY! I HAVE 1 CENT LEFT. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS APP AND SEND ME MORE WINGSTOP MONEY. 💔

Was charged for a free trial, then again after I had already cancelled subscription. Apple support is useless and won’t help to address the issue.

This app does not work and they tell you that you get a free trial, and that your payment won’t go through until 7 days later and they charge you immediately regardless! It didn’t say anywhere that you would be charged same day. I took screenshots just in case because it looked weird when I was signing up so I’m glad I have those to show they lied/false advertising. DO NOT GET.

I saw this on pinterest…. thought it could really be helpful with school and studying! Soon as I signed up, a einstein ai ad popped up and wouldnt let me get rid of it. It wanted me to pay 12.99 a week for pro! Outrageous! Now it’s just a useless app that wontdo me any good…

love this i wish it was a bit faster but regardless at able to understand concepts pretty well and got a good grade on exam

I had signed up for a 7 day free trial after hearing about it on Tik Tok. As soon as I signed up for the free trial, they took $13 from my bank account. I have emailed their customer service multiple times with no response. I want my money back but can’t get ahold of anyone to do so. Absolute scam, find something else!!
