  • Migration locked me out and I no longer have access to any of my stored passwords.

Was never alerted of any sort of migration to a new app. They provide no support for recovery unless you were able to link to a windows PC. The app was removed from the App Store and no longer opens, meaning I am unable to access or recover any of my hundreds of passwords. Makes me feel silly I don’t just use the built in Apple passwords app instead. No help at all.

I’ve used this for years and have had no problems with it. If you want a reliable password manager, then this is your go-to app!
  • Lots of permissions conflicts

Often doesn’t perform as intended due to mostly permissions conflicts. Poorly configured design.

Very good app that is quick and easy to use.
  • Autofill Safari doesn’t work with iOS 18.5

Autofill doesn’t work on iOS 18.5 devices using Safari and Help documents published by Avast do not reflect the options shown in iOS devices using Safari settings. I have spent 30 minutes in a chat where the representative told me to delete the app, restart my iPad then reinstall the app. I set up the app and autofill still does not work, and the instructions for V.12 and later are filled with errors where the instructions do not reflect reality.

A great, simple way to store all of your passwords in one place. I love the feature that you can create passwords on the fly and make them impossible to break. I’ve been using this tool for a while now and it’s been incredible.
  • Rarely works on iPhone

Constantly get the spinning “thinking wheel” while the intended app locks up anytime an autofill is attempted on my iPhone 13 running the latest iOS. Works well on desktop browsers and late model iPads with the finger biometric ID. Frustrating.
