  • Pay Wall & Annoying Pop-Up

    This is the most annoying app I have ever downloaded in my entire life. Despite not being mentioned in the description, you do have to pay a subscription for all of the features, aside from recipes. Recipes are the only thing you can access free. At first, it appears like you can use it without a subscription, but everything you click on results in a pop-up, trying to force you into the sub subscription. Apparently the developer does not understand that there has to be something I love about the app for me to want to try out the upgraded features. But overall, it’s absolutely annoying. The pop-up that comes up has a little countdown, and you must look at the premium upgrade until it counts all the way down. You cannot just close it immediately. And it persistently pops up. I can get recipes on the Internet. There’s absolutely no reason to use this app. And if there’s no reason to use it, there’s definitely no reason to upgrade.

    I've been making sourdough for years but this app is a game changer. And so is their customer service. I was having an issue and they were prompt in fixing it and letting me know they fixed it. Now my loaves 10/10 every time

    I love this app and use it all the time. Unfortunately, my starter died when I was on vacation.. Now that I have a new starter going, I’m trying to use it again, it’s not able to scan pictures. I tried to do the chat to see if I could get some help, but it doesn’t answer me. I do pay for the app so if it no longer is gonna be able to scan pictures, I’d like to find out about canceling my subscription

    This app came highly recommended, and I was excited to use it to help perfect my craft. Unfortunately even after paying for the subscription nothing it working. I cannot chat with the bot, I cannot scan my bread or upload a picture. Very disappointing and I’m not sure how to get my money back

    When I scan, it says that I have invalid credit. I paid the subscription amount and it says that I have access to all of the premium capabilities. I can’t find anywhere on your app. To fix this problem please help.

    This app is not free! I was only able to use it once. When I just tried, it is making me sign up for the subscription. 😡

    This app requires a paid subscription, it’s cheap enough so I tried it. For a month straight it said the exact same thing every single time I scanned starter vs discard jar (they look completely different on top). Every loaf was the same score and description. I believe someone started the app as a money grab with little to no knowledge regarding sourdough. Disappointing to say the least, waste of money to say the most. Use google images for free or chat got FOR FREE

    The app cool but if you have celiac’s, theres no gluten free settings in the scan section to give you the fully complete diagnosis of your own gf sourdough starter. The app is still helpful but I kinda feel like I wasted my money since I got the app to help me with my first starter in the first place to see if I’m doing ok with it.
