i hate inmates have to use this service now. it never lets you connect when they call. always throws an error message. emailed them, after they responded asking for a screenshot, they never responded after that.

This app is stealing our love ones money. The video doesn’t work on our love one’s side. Our love ones have to basically stand on their head to try to get a picture.
A prison dorms and cells are dim by design so the light requirements on this app needs to be lower to detect inmates faces better.
This app doesn’t deserve any stars
