  • Annoying at Times

    This game is fun but as I get to later levels it becomes annoying to get tools. I currently have 290,000 coins. And 6 buildings that could all be upgraded if I had the right tools. Instead I have 9 boxes of screws and zero boxes of hammers.

    Downloaded because of an ad through another app stating you would receive a package of in game items. Did not receive the items. I should have read other reviews first because this is obviously a terrible marketing ploy that is just a scam. Do not download if you’re expecting to receive the package in their advertisement. They’ve had months to fix this issue and clearly won’t be fixing it because it is how they dupe people into downloading the game. Deleted the app and will not support this developer.

    Some parts of the game were great. I actually thought it was more fun and easier to progress in than most Merge style games. However, the execution of the story was annoying. The dialogue between the characters seemed off or disjointed at times which made playing the game to get through the chapters unfilling. It’s a good game, but needs a stronger writer. This felt like it was created by A.I.

    What do I do with all the coins? What do I do with all those cards? They’re totally useless. Why can’t the coins buy energy? And what about the stupid cards, they pop-up pop-up pop-up, but they do nothing.

  • Customer Support is Lacking

    It was fun. I put some money into it. Then there was some sort of glitch in the code that erased a ton of my items all at once. I contacted customer support. They were polite and assumed it must be user error. After a lot of back and forth, I finally convinced them to even consider that I did not “accidentally” instantly throw away half of the board myself. So now they’re considering the possibility that there might be an error in the code. Do I get my money back or my items replaced? Nah. But they “sincerely apologize”. Yeah, sure, that’s helpful.

    This game used to be fun. It was the best merge game I played. I’m on level 36 now and it literally takes hundreds of energy to make one item. I’m not paying money as they want you to do, but I know it sounds ridiculous, but literally it takes hundreds of energy to make one item on most things now. not fun anymore. This review will be deleted I’m sure.
