This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I gave it a 1 star but if I could give it zero star I would have.

This extension will only work if you select "Always Allow on Every Website" which gives the creator of this extension access to all your data from every site you visit.
From the OS:
"This extension would be able to read and alter every webpage you visit, and see all your browsing history."
So the manuals are not free - you are paying with your data. If you're OK with that, go ahead and download and activate this spyware.

I have an I pad Pro. I have enabled “Manuals” in Safari and can’t make it work.

The App Store page needs to explain how to make the extension work. I was able to add it to Safari extensions, but clicking the icon in the menu bar simply opens a new empty tab.
