    Gracias a esta aplicación y a la coach Laura, puedo decir con mucha felicidad que recuperé mi salud, no solo física sino también mental. La aplicación es muy fácil de usar, la comunidad es súper chévere y la coach Laura hace que todo sea sencillo. Tienes de todo: el área de nutrición, entrenamientos, tips, videos de ayuda… es una app muy completa. Fui una persona que estuvo con muchísimos coaches y programas de nutrición, y la mayoría terminaron afectando no solo mi dinero, sino también mi salud. Hoy me agradezco todos los días por haberme dado la oportunidad de confiar en Laura. He visto cambios no solo en mi físico, sino también en la forma en que veo la comida. Empecé con mucho miedo, pero al poner toda mi confianza en Laura y seguir el plan tal cual, esos miedos se fueron. Ahora tengo una relación mucho más sana no solo con la comida, sino también conmigo misma. Con toda sinceridad, recomiendo esta app con los ojos cerrados. No te vas a arrepentir. Today, I’m grateful every day that I gave myself the chance to trust Laura. I’ve seen changes not only in my physique but also in the way I view food. I started with a lot of fear, but by putting my full trust in Laura and following the plan exactly as given, those fears disappeared.     Llevo meses usando Elevate y tengo que decir que es increible! Laura es una excelente entrenadora y siempre esta pendiente de tu progreso, te da tips de como mejorar y trabaja contigo basado en tus metas. El app tambien es super facil de usar y en caso de que hayan dudas, hay tutoriales de como usarlo y sacarle provecho al Maximo 🥰

    I love this app! User friendly with macro and calorie tracking. I have access to workouts that can be completed in 20 min if I’m in a hurry or more if I have time to spend in the gym. I can focus on HIIT or strengthening if I have more time available. Laura is always available to answer any questions I have about nutrition or fitness. Come check it out!!

    This app is great for beginners and even for advanced gym / CrossFit girlies . It goes from mobility flows to CrossFit programs . I love how Laura added workouts we can do at home , gym and CrossFit box . I’ve been using the app to add routines to my CrossFit classes and I’m loving it . I also use it for recipes and to keep track of my macros . Having a group chat with Laura and other girls makes it even better 👊🏽 I 100% recommend it even if you consider yourself a “ beginner “. Love it !!!
