There are many good and relaxing water sorting puzzles out there. This is not one of them. This is one of the most horrendously designed sorting games that I’ve ever had the displeasure of playing. This game has the “genius innovation” of hiding the color of the water in certain bottles until you’ve already committed to certain moves. Some BOTTLES are even entirely hidden until you’ve sorted a certain color. This leads every single attempt of a level to be a game of chance, as you will inevitably make bad moves without even realizing it because you don’t know which color is next. This is NOT a puzzle game. This is a GUESSING game. A game where you GUESS the correct order of moves and PRAY that you are correct, as one bad move could put you in an UNWINNABLE scenario. Your failures are not your fault, and neither are your victories. You just happened to guess correctly or incorrectly. It is not relaxing, it is infuriating. This game also puts heavy emphasis on winning streaks, giving you many rewards if you win several times in a row. This means that you’ll have to complete MANY levels on your VERY FIRST TRY in order to get these rewards. But with how easy it is to GUESS INCORRECTLY and LOSE, you’re basically forced to use power-ups to complete a level on your first try. The problem is, the game doesn’t even let you USE your power ups when you need them the most! Once you’re all out of moves, you’re forced to either throw in the towel, or you must BUY an extra bottle power up. That’s right, you must BUY one. It doesn’t matter if you had that power up in reserve, you must BUY a completely separate power up if you happen to guess incorrectly and run out of moves. The same goes for the other cheaper power ups; it doesn’t matter if using those could potentially save you, you MUST buy the MOST EXPENSIVE power up to keep going. This game punishes you for saving your power ups for the most dire scenarios. And while it may seem like this game has less ads than most, you’d be mistaken if you played long enough. You see, this game also has a life system. And once you’ve ran out of lives (by guessing incorrectly, to no fault of your own) the only way to keep playing is by watching an unskippable 30-60 second ad for EVERY ATTEMPT. It gets to the point where you’re gonna spend more time watching the ads than actually PLAYING THE GAME. I kid you not, I would get into a loop where I would lose, watch a 60 second ad, play for 20 seconds, lose again, rinse and repeat. It is miserable. It is boring. It is horrendously designed. There are far better water sorting puzzles on the app store, go try them out instead.

Game starts out fun, but after a few hours it quickly turns into a money grabbing app. You only receive 1 life every 20 minutes, and some of the hard levels (which usually come every 5th play, you will get a “hard” level or “super hard” level) may take 20 or more lives to conquer. Most of the hard puzzles are based on luck, not skill. I have won most of the challenges and you never win back what you had to use to win it. If you win time, it’s clock time, not playing time. So if win 3 hours of free play time at night, you either stay up to take advantage of it or lose it…not very smart of the developers. Play it for a day and then delete…unless you have plenty of extra cash lying around. **update. Suspected that the game purposely added levels that were actually impossible to beat, but the user would never know because they would just think that they played it incorrectly…today my suspicions were confirmed when I played a level to the point that all the colors were in their appropriate bottle, but I needed a bottle filled with yellow to uncover the other bottles. Due to a glitch on their side, there were not enough yellow pieces to fill the bottle and the game was stuck. There were no more moves and I hadn’t made a wrong move, just that they purposely program some levels impossible to win unless you spend money….a big ripoff and they need to block this game.
  • Too much luck involved

On the hard levels a lot of is it luck. Since you can’t see the colors below, you have to just pick. There will be only 1 sequence you can follow the you have to make a decision between the same color to be moved on top itself. Literally just like a fork in the road. It seems that more times than not it’s the wrong choice. The odds are simply 50/50 but the reality is less than that. I’m assuming it’s to make you run out of lives and spend money.
  • Often a guessing game

It’s often a guessing game. It depends on your good luck/guess to sort colors, especially when there’s unknown color in the bottles.

I really enjoy this game but I’m on the verge of deleting it because after playing for a couple of weeks it is impossible to win without spending money.

This game is REALLY fair about ads! I mean it; I LOVE color sort games and this one has fun leaderboards and is VERY generous for letting me play many levels before having to watch an ad. Highly recommend♥️💛

Liked the game at first but it’s set up for you to spend money to pass levels no thanks. The other liquid sort is much better, gives you the option to watch ads to pass levels
