I switched phones and my shorts app vip yearly subscription did not carry to the new one. So I reported it numerous times and sent a copy of the receipt. No one answered my complaint. I even deleted the app and waited a week to download, then I purchased a vip weekly subscription and it didn’t work. I reported it again with no answer to my complaint. Don’t waste your money. Use reel short , DreameShort, and DramaShorts for the best vertical experience!

Charge

I paid for a subscription and it keeps telling me to pay again. I have the subscription and have been in contact with support and it’s still the same issue. Not really resolved anything in 2 days. A waste of money in my opinion

I like it but trying to charge for every 4 days for a subscription. I’m good I’ll find something else.

Purchased a week VIP to try out. Got nothing for my money. Tried to contact costumer service, no response. So enjoy your free 15 bucks I guess. Never again with this app. I have found a couple favorite other apps, so I will just stick with them.

This is a terrible app. Stops showing all the time, does not have reels when I watch,half way through it cuts off, blank, black scream. I don’t have trouble on other apps

Try to buy the seven day trial does not let me watch anything who wants me to re-buy it again.
