    The camera service is actually quite good. The app isn’t bad. The service is awful, I have been charged twice for the cloud service and now I’m blocked from seeing my camera when motion is detected without the ad for me to pay a 3rd time. Customer service is of no help they still waiting for a refund from the se so charge and for them to let me see my cloud. Either way I’m done with this company.

    I purchased a six months subscription the service work for 30 days and all of a sudden quit I would like my money to be refunded back to me or the service restored. This is wrong. I work very hard for my money and I purchased your product to protect my home, but it has failed. Please respond back.

    My doorbell camera system was working fine until today! I’m not getting any videos of people coming to my place and there’s been several people coming over. I got this wireless doorbell camera system bc I’m disabled and this was so needed to save me some steps. I subscribed to this app thinking it would make things easier for me, but today it’s not working at all. And I can’t get any help to get it fixed. If I don’t hear from someone soon, I’m going with a different system. And why don’t you have a phone number??? JM

    I’ve had this camera for a couple months now. It was working fine for the first two months. Ever since I updated my app I now get no notifications from the app. The camera no longer detects motion at the door. Not sure what the issue is but it’s either the camera or the app.
