Coconote - AI Note Taker

This app has exceeded my expectations. It records lectures, meetings whatever you want (with disclosure to others) and actually creates a summary with headings, keypoints, etc . It alllows me to enjoy the lecture without worrying about having g to write notes myself and be in the moment. Coconote does the tedious part in a way that I cannot replicate!

I’m just putting a one star review because on my phone screen, the words go outside of the borders of my phone screen and I cannot see them. It’s as if the interface is designed for a larger screen. I was wondering if there’s any way to fix it. Other than that, everything is good- I really like and enjoy the features. I will change the one-star if the other thing gets fixed. (Sorry if this is coercive in any way, I’ve just seen other people do this and it seemed like this action matches the situation.)

Thank you for this app!! I am always in need of compensatory strategies and accommodation options for my patients. I would love to see this AI -integrated app be able to take auditory-verbal input and then, in addition to the written summary or transcription into notes, to also create a visual graphic that organizes the information (think graphic webs, graphic organizers, etc). If the reverse could happen too (eg, upload a graphic/PDF, etc) and the app converts it to auditory information and narrative text. With this addition, Coconote truly becomes a one-stop solution.

Coconotes has been a gift for me. By organizing my notes it allows me to offer better presentations without frustrating preparations. I used to take notes in lecture halls and videos which were disorganized and sometimes difficult to read. Coconuts organizes my material in an east to read format.

I started using coconote about a month ago and now I use it for many discussions so I can be present in those discussions and not distracted by taking notes or missing things. This has been amazing. I love it.

Ive been using Coconote and really enjoying it, but I had a couple of suggestions that I think could make it even better! It would be incredibly helpful if timestamps were automatically added next to each note to show exactly where that point was mentioned in the audio. For example, if the lecturer says, the Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell, there would be a timestamp like16:54 next to the note, making it easy to jump to that exact part of the recording. Additionally, having a visible timer while recording would be great. This way, as the lecture is happening, I can quickly jot down the current timestamp when something important is said, making it much easier to find that section later without needing to scroll through the entire audio.

This is an amazing app to use at conferences to take notes and to review them.

I absolutely am in love with this app. I am a first generation college student and no idea what to expect but my boyfriend recommended this app and it’s amazing. So helpful!! So wonderful!!

I used to love this app. Used it in grad school, for meetings, class notes, etc. But then- an update (not sure if it was iOS or the app itself) messed everything up. I lost all my notes, and the app just spins when I try to log in. I’ve deleted it. Tried to log back in. Even tried to set up a new account to no avail. It’s toast.
