Definitely a bit to get used to but does make the game simpler from console and pc. Super excited to play when I’m not at home. There is a small pay wall, but! Seems like they don’t throw it in your face.
  • True Colors — PAY PAY PAY—And now Repeat - And Do They Allow Cheating and Have an Anti-West Bias?

4th -No way people can earn hundreds of millions of points in a few hours. if you had all the cash in the world there aren’t enough powerups to buy. So does this game allow cheating? And, why is it that Asian exchange is better and they allow 3rd party coin purchase? Game lets you buy hundreds of thousands of coins from Midasbuy who claims to be official. So, the game lets people buy a cheat to become whales. An the exchange is better in Asia as Midasbuy appears to be a Hong Kong company. Even so, you can’t buy the kinds of items you need with all that money. So where do they come from if not from cheats or bugs being exploited. And, why are events set for late night US time making it so hard to play. Sad, Sad, Sad. 3rd -And now they announce the mandatory money event is going to be every two weeks. NO> NO> NO> NO> 2nd UPDATE - The game started this huge event which will lead up to servers fighting each other. First, you have to use every resource you earned to be able to increase points. Then, many players appear to have been able to increase by multiples of millions even hundreds of million points. Even purchasing on the game will not give you enough to do that. So where does this come from and AOE certainly wants us to spend and spend even though these megawhales have it done from the second an event opens up. Disgusting. Megawhales can’t buy enough to achieve their status. Where does all of this come from? CHEATING? UPDATE- Got worse. The new event is to give free rein to whales to attack weaker alliances. They are 50 times stronger. Will never catch up even if pay tons. What is the point????? OLD- Started playing from the beginning of release. I have been an active player but not investing big money in this game. Bottom line is that after a few short months, those who paid big bucks to develop characters are now king. They dominate and totally seek to destroy anyone else. So, even if you start over on another server it is the same. In the end all you do is try to build while those who pay, probably thousands, jump ahead. What is lacks is fun. When a game is not fun it isn’t a game really is it?

My favorite part about the ads is when it says “After 7 years of careful development.” Lol

Short but sweet, it’s a good developed game with thought and creativity put into it. Yes it’s not like then original but you get the opportunity to play and even link account for you to play anywhere anytime it’s great so far and looking forward to more from the developers!

What we wanted: AoE2 for our phones. A totally achievable feat (see 1999 pc specs vs your phone’s) and one that we would have happily paid for. What we got: a poor reskin of all the other civilization conquest mobile games. So sad. You had AoE for goodness sake, and this is what you give us? You should be ashamed.
